(Formerly NM Pharma) was established in 2015 with the vision of offering STARTER PELLETS to pharma industryDr Mangesh Bhad (Managing Director) holds the PhD degree in pharmaceutical sciences on compaction of multiple unit pellet system (MUPS) of therapeutic agents and he is having overall 25 years of rich experience in development and manufacturing of pellets formulations with India’s topmost pharma formulation manufacturer and exporters. With in-depth knowledge and versatile experience of Dr. Mangesh Bhad about pellets and pellets formulations, we have established the state of the art facility for manufacturing Starter Pellets under the brand name Sphiro™.Our facility is WHO-GMP Approved.We have USDMF No. 033289 allotted by USFDA for our Sugar Spheres.We have facility to analyze particle size distribution, spherocity, aspect ratio (Breadth/Length) of Starter Pellets through particle size analyser.Manufacturing facility of MEB Pharma is designed as per latest GMP Guidelines. Our production area is maintained with ISO Class 8 with temperature and humidity control.
Our quality control is equipped with microbiology testing and equipments like HPLC, and Partical size analyser (camsizer) for precise testing. Our QA / IPQA team ensures the well controlled manufacturing process and working as per predefined SOPs.
